M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with hands-on multi-step synthesis experience. You will own routes end to end, from literature survey to characterised compound.
Method development and validation experience on HPLC and LC-MS platforms, ideally including impurity profiling and forced degradation work.
Documentation control, batch release review and audit readiness. Familiarity with ICH guidance and pharmacopoeial monographs expected.
Technical selling into pharmaceutical QC and R&D teams. A science background and comfort with a chromatogram are both required.
